The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate for our Orlando branch to deliver a high level of service and satisfaction to customers. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and serve as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries, ensuring smooth checkout operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis.
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, cash handling, and membership verification; load purchases into vehicles.
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately.
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and front area.
• Support location operations and initiatives as directed by management.
