DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Advisor to help athletes and shoppers with a high-touch, end-to-end shopping experience in-store. You will guide customers through checkout, loyalty programs, and services while delivering confident, knowledgeable support to athletes of all abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, assess needs, and provide accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain store merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, and stock replenishment.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, including applicable laws and ATF guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
