Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Advisor to deliver high-touch customer experiences in-store, guiding athletes through checkout, loyalty programs, and services with confidence and expertise.

You'll greet shoppers, provide product knowledge, maintain merchandising standards, promote store programs, and support the team while upholding safety policies and a respectful, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and understand their needs with helpful, accurate product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach to understand needs and support shopping experiences with product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards following floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranties, and private label offerings.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and store procedures, including guidelines from external entities.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful store environment for customers and teammates.
• Assist across tasks and support the team as needed.
