Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly first impression.
• Manage patient flow through the clinic efficiently.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships confidently.
• Support sales goals by converting patients to members.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain records in POS system.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic area.
• Collaborate with team and chiropractors to ensure positive patient experiences.
