Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
