Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Coordinator to enhance patient experience and front desk operations. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, and support sales of wellness plans in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, maintaining accurate records, assisting with marketing, and collaborating with chiropractors to ensure excellent service. Flexibility to travel between local clinics is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Energetic, motivated, and confident in a goal-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
