Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a part-time, in-office role at our Westminster clinic. You will greet patients, check them in, handle scheduling, and support the sale of wellness plans to help grow the clinic.

This customer-facing role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in customer service and sales. You will work with a dynamic team to deliver a positive patient experience in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in customer service and sales preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking abilities.
• Energetic, motivated, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience
