Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Courtyard Pittsburgh North/Cranberry Woods is looking for a motivated Front Desk team member. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, verify credits, note special requests, and ensure accurate information is recorded to start their stay smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and accurate information is established.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve problems to WOW guests.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner and assist other departments as needed.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and communicate information to the manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, and refunds.
