Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a front desk professional to greet vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. The role includes directing calls, assisting with interview arrivals and supporting lobby operations with basic MS Office tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, plus excellent communication, professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills. This position is full-time with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years related work experience.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors;
• Answers, screens and routes incoming calls; takes messages when caller does not want voice mail;
• Notifies employees when customers and visitors arrive;
• Assists job applicants who have arrived for interviews;
• Assists customers and visitors in operation of lobby phone for outgoing calls;
• Pages employees or other personnel when necessary;
• Receives incoming packages for disbursement within company;
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
• Other duties as assigned.
