Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, including typing courses.
• Receptionist experience with public contact desirable.
• Experience with personal computers and related software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-position telephone switchboard to relay calls and support communication tasks.
• Greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the proper person.
• Answer general questions and provide information to visitors or callers.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing reports, mail distribution, and related tasks as assigned.
• Schedule and coordinate tele-conference calls.
• Sort and distribute mail and inter-office materials necessary for community operations.
• Schedule and coordinate room calendars and keep records accurate.
• Complete assignments accurately according to directions and perform other duties as required.
