Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or public area experience required.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee public area attendants during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily tasks based on occupancy, events, and guest traffic.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections of public spaces (lobbies, restrooms, corridors, etc.).
• Document findings and communicate results to management.
• Place supply orders and manage inventory; ensure cost control.
