Job summary

DoubleTree Rosemont is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a busy front desk team, ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and resolve guest concerns while upholding Hilton standards from arrival to departure.

This hands-on leadership role requires clear communication, organization, and the ability to stay calm under pressure; shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or guest-services experience strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or training experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel property-management systems and Hilton systems is a plus.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Welcome guests with professional hospitality.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Monitor the front desk to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and take ownership of solutions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Transportation, Security, and other departments.
• Coach Front Desk team on service standards and guest recovery; train new staff.
