DoubleTree Rosemont is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team, ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, and resolve guest concerns with confidence. You will work hands-on with the team, coordinating with other hotel departments to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior front desk or guest-services experience and some supervisory exposure, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Front Desk/guest-services experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or training experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel property-management systems is a plus.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Welcome guests with professional hospitality.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Monitor the front desk and lobby to keep arrivals and departures smooth.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally, with ownership of solutions.
