Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of its founding team in Portland. This role will lead the Housekeeping team to ensure clean and welcoming spaces for guests. The expected start date is mid-October 2026.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on leadership, organization, and attention to detail. This full-time position requires flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality or luxury hotel environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning systems and sanitation standards.
• Ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Housekeeping team during assigned shifts.
• Inspect all guest areas and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Monitor supplies and equipment throughout the day.
• Provide training and feedback to Housekeeping team members.
• Respond to cleanliness concerns and service recovery.
