Job summary

Yora Nordic Spa in Portland is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our founding team as we prepare for a November 2026 opening. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, coach staff, inspect spaces and ensure every area reflects our high cleanliness and guest‑centered standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of housekeeping leadership in premium settings, strong knowledge of cleaning systems, and excellent organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in premium environments.
• Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning systems, sanitation standards and facility presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team during assigned shifts and coordinate daily assignments and priorities.
• Inspect change rooms, washrooms, relaxation spaces, hydrotherapy areas and public areas.
• Ensure cleaning schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
• Provide daily coaching and hands-on support to team members.
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
• Partner with maintenance to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and guest comfort without compromising quality.
