Job summary

Air Force Global Strike Command is seeking a Senior Guest Services Representative to manage front desk operations at Dyess AFB. You will greet guests, process reservations, assign rooms, issue keys, and balance daily cash and reports.

The role requires ensuring safety and high service standards, with on-call rotation and some nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and Swing Shift, averaging 20 hours per week, with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations and guest services.
• Ability to relay work instructions and train new employees.
• Proficiency with cash handling and daily revenue reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Relay work instructions from supervisor and provide on-the-job training for new employees.
• Assist in correcting clerical and system errors; ensure quality standards.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, keys, and escort guests as needed.
• Calculate and post charges; handle payments and prepare cashier reports.
• Update occupancy, housekeeping status, and notify maintenance issues.
• Conduct night audit procedures and secure card machine operations.
