Job summary

Hampton Inn Boston Natick is seeking a Rooms Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Front Desk and Rooms Division. The role combines hands-on leadership with team supervision to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient hotel operations.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, support staff development, and act as Manager on Duty as needed to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel front office or rooms experience, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hotel systems (PEP/MS Office preferred).
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional interaction with guests, team members, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Front Desk and Rooms Division to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operations.
• Supervise, train, and support team members; provide coaching, feedback, and performance accountability.
• Ensure accurate reservations, check-in/check-out, billing, and room status coordination with housekeeping.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and departmental expenses to meet operational goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed and support overall hotel operations.
