Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Housekeeping leader to join the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown. The role oversees the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards throughout guestrooms and public spaces.

You will lead financials, payroll and scheduling and be a key developer of future housekeeping leaders. A fast-paced environment and strong communication skills are essential to success in this

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with the brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a great eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
