Job summary

The role oversees the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards throughout guestrooms and public spaces.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with the brand hotel or upscale property is a plus.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with a great eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation.
