Aloft Portland Airport Hotel at Cascade Station is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure seamless guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will train staff on SOPs, supervise daily tasks, and support the Guest Services Manager with performance monitoring, scheduling, and cash handling duties. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead front desk team and ensure effective collaboration.
• Provide training on SOPs and departmental standards.
• Step in to complete daily front desk tasks.
• Assist Guest Services Manager with performance and attendance monitoring.
• Balance cash drawer, deposits and reconcile credit card batches.
