Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• College education and/or business administration knowledge.
• 1+ years of front office or guest service experience with management responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot and grip items while working in guest rooms.
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach employees, assist with training, and resolve guest concerns.
• Review operational reports and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with sales, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
