Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Courthouse is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor in Arlington, VA. You will lead daily front desk operations, ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with brand standards.

The role requires supervising staff, maintaining guest service quality, and training teammates on guest services and POS systems while ensuring adherence to hotel policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Maintain high levels of productivity, morale and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Assist in training front desk staff on guest services and POS systems.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Manage reservations and communicate guest needs to other departments.
• Perform cashier duties and post charges to guest accounts.
• Ensure security procedures in front office are followed.
