Qualifications

• Over 2+ years of hotel front-desk experience.
• 3+ years of hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OPERA or OPERA CLOUD is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, including assigning duties and coaching when needed.
• Handle guest reservations and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor check-in and check-out procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure front office areas are clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Assist with scheduling and training of front desk team and report to management.
