Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Courtyard Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory. This full-time role supports the F&B Manager, mentors staff, and ensures guests receive outstanding service throughout service periods.

You will monitor quality, coordinate scheduling, manage costs and inventory, and contribute to promotional ideas to increase guest traffic and sales. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality coursework a plus.
• At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation during service.
• Foster teamwork and motivate staff; lead by example in meetings.
• Oversee daily operations: costs, cash handling, scheduling, inventory; use technology to streamline processes.
• Develop promotional ideas to attract guests and boost sales; support staff training.
