Job summary

Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking an Evening Hotel Manager to lead the property's guest operations and uphold the highest standards of service. This role reports to the General Manager and Front Office Manager, driving front desk excellence and guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes brand compliance, staff development, and collaboration across departments to deliver memorable experiences for guests and ensure safety and smooth operations on a nightly basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall performance of the front desk department and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise daily front desk operations and staff, including shift closings and daily reports.
• Train front desk staff on brand and company standards to maximize service culture.
• Assist with sales and the Daily Sell Strategy.
• Assist with the implementation of front office programs to enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with brand and company initiatives.
• Inspect and ensure safety and security standards.
• Support guest experience and satisfaction and resolve problems.
• Conduct daily reviews of guaranteed no-show billing, guest ledger, and accounts receivable.
• Perform payment processing.
• Oversee the Pantry and notify the F&B Director.
• Assist Housekeeping with room and public area inspections if needed.
