Job summary

Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations. You will post charges accurately, manage daily transactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of front office systems and procedures.

This role requires excellent communication, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a collaborative hotel team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in and out promptly and professionally.
• Post charges accurately and manage daily transactions.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and procedures.
• Handle cash, checks and cards for hotel charges.
• Review reservations and block rooms as needed.
• Understand hotel rates, discounts and cancellation policies.
• Take same-day reservations and follow relocation procedures when necessary.
