Job summary

Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations. You will post charges, know the front office system, handle cash, and manage room blocks and special requests.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication to ensure a great guest experience. Part-time position with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest services.
• Ability to use the front desk system and handle payments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally.
• Assist in pre-registration and block reservations as needed.
• Post charges accurately and manage cash handling.
• Know the front office computer system and daily transactions.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand rates, discounts, cancellation and relocation procedures.
