Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and discipline when appropriate.
• Respond to guest requests, needs, problems and accommodate groups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise daily Front Desk operations to comply with SOPs and LSOPs, maximize revenues, and motivate associates.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents.
• Remain calm and decisive during emergencies or heavy activity, resolve conflicts, and authorize revenue allowances after alternatives.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
