Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Director of Operations for Aloft Scottsdale, a dynamic lifestyle hotel. You will oversee Rooms Division, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requires at least 3 years in rooms/front desk/guest services and 2 years in rooms leadership, with a focus on quality processes, staffing, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced market.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in rooms, front desk, and guest service.
• Minimum 2 years in rooms leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and manage hotel’s daily quality process, communicate goals, coach staff, and address service failures.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, resolve problems, and maintain open communication.
• Provide clear direction in written and spoken form to staff.
• Supervise Rooms Division Managers, monitor occupancy, adjust staffing, and control costs.
