Qualifications

• Experience supervising front desk or guest services teams.
• Ability to supervise daily shift processes and ensure SOP adherence.
• Experience handling cash and responsible for personal bank per policy.
• Hilton experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift processes ensuring SOPs are followed.
• Train, direct, coach front desk team and resolve issues.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction and quality service.
• Build relationships and liaise with housekeeping, reservations and other departments.
• Control cash transactions at the front desk and manage personal bank as per policy.
