Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality, operator of Hyatt Place Park City, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a team and uphold exceptional guest service at the front desk.

You will supervise check-in/check-out, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a superior guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment in Park City, Utah. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and you must meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ with legal work eligibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.
• Food handlers permit and Alcohol TIPs training required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure efficient and professional check-in and check-out processes.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist with hotel marketing and promotional efforts as needed.
• Uphold hotel policies and safety procedures.
