Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure smooth check-ins in Kissimmee, Florida. You will manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and prepare daily financial summaries while upholding Westgate's values.

You will oversee scheduling, assist with performance evaluations, and coordinate with housekeeping for VIP arrivals, all within a guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, including night shifts.
• Must pass background check and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and staff performance.
• Interview, hire, train, and coach new team members.
• Schedule front desk coverage and manage communications.
• Greet guests, check in/out, and handle payments and folios.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for VIP arrivals and special requests.
• Prepare daily reports on cash and reservations.
