Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando. You will greet and register guests, issue room keys, and assist with reservations and guest inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities include handling payments, posting charges, and coordinating dining, tours, and transportation while maintaining guest records and safety in a busy resort environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service
• Must be able to work overnight
• Must be able to start for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Issue room keys and escort instructions to Bellhop.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Post charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to ledger.
• Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations, and arrange for tours.
• Assist guests with deposit of guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box.
• Nightly bucket checks
• Able to listen and find solutions to guests problems
