Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee a shift at the Front Desk, greeting guests, handling check-ins/outs, and managing payment processes with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will work with a professional team to deliver exceptional service, respond to guest requests, and support other hotel departments as needed. This role requires strong English communication and a minimum of two years in a similar supervisory position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in previous Front Desk Supervisor role or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explains accommodations and payment options.
• Checks guests in and out and reconciles transactions.
• Resolves guest requests with hospitality and professionalism.
• Maintains a balanced bank and runs daily reports.
• Covers Concierge, Bell/Door, Valet and lobby as needed.
