AC Hotel Dayton, part of Shaner Hotels, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest interactions and front office operations. You will manage arrivals/departures, payments, and guest requests with a focus on service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with a collaborative team, use multiple technology platforms, and contribute to a smooth, guest-centric operation while supporting growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments.
• Utilize hotel technology systems, guest messaging platforms, and mobile service tools.
• Assist with daily reports, room status updates, and operational tasks.
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.
