Job summary

Hotel Saint Augustine, part of Bunkhouse Hotels, is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front office operations, guide guest services, and uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in guest interactions.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and room service, supervise daily front desk activities, train new staff, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out using Opera, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and the property’s reputation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in front desk or guest services in hospitality.
• Proficiency in Opera or similar property management system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
