Job summary

The Renaissance - St. Augustine Historic Downtown seeks an energetic Front Office Manager on Duty to oversee the total front office operations, greet guests, assign rooms, and ensure security and privacy while promoting the hotel’s services.

You will respond to guest requests during late evening and overnight hours, maintain communication with management, balance cash and charges, and stay current with PMS procedures to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Promote repeat business with future reservations and recommendations.
• Maintain balance of cash and records at shift end.
• Learn and utilize PMS.
• Ensure lobby and dining areas are clean and professional.
