Hotel Saint Augustine is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Houston. You will lead front desk operations, manage reservations and concierge services, and uphold Bunkhouse/Hyatt standards through strong communication and guest-focused service.

The role requires superb guest interaction skills, conflict resolution, and knowledge of property policies. You will help train staff, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of related hospitality or service experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; basic math and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of hotel guest reservations (rates, dates, room types, VIP amenities).
• Provide exemplary service with check-in/out, concierge support, and front desk coverage.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and SOPs of the PMS.
• Promote guest name recognition and knowledge of property services.
• Train and supervise front desk staff and assist with scheduling.
