Job summary

The Portofino Hotel & Marina, a Noble House Hotel, in Redondo Beach is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and deliver outstanding guest service from arrival to departure.

You will mentor new hires, assist managers with training, and adapt to evolving service models to meet daily needs while upholding Noble House's standards of care and respect.

We’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team!

The Front Desk Supervisor will be based at the Front Desk of The Portofino Hotel and Marina. You’ll be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive, level of service to all our guests from arrival to departure. You will also assist in developing new-hires by leading-by- example and assisting Managers with the training process from start to finish.
