Bishop State Community College seeks an energetic receptionist to greet visitors and handle the intake of Adult Basic Education and Career Pathway students. You will perform front-desk duties, manage registrations, and route documents with discretion and professionalism.
The role requires preparing reports, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the director and staff with enrollment tasks. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
Director of Adult Basic Education
Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests with a professional attitude. The primary duties of this position focus on intake and processing new and returning ABE and Career Pathway students.

Salary: ACCS Salary Schedule- E3-03 ($47,029-$65,218). Continued employment is contingent upon funding from the grant and is on a non-tenured track.

The Selection Committee will screen all applicants for the position. The Committee will select applicants for in-person interviews which may consist of question/answer session and /or skills assessments. Applicants must adhere to the College’s prescribed interview schedule and must travel at their own expense. Bishop State Community College is a multi‑campus organization, and employees of the College are required to travel among various work sites for both day and evening responsibilities and must provide their own mode of transportation.
