A Typical Day at the Front Desk

As an NFC Amenity Front Desk Associate, you will work at some of the most exclusive addresses, being the first point of contact for residents and their guests. You will warmly welcome residents, monitor the lobby, handle incoming calls and requests, and manage package and food deliveries.

Your goal is to make residents feel at home through genuine sincerity and appreciation. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and service by communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Following property-specific systems for receiving and signing for deliveries.
  • Facilitating contractor arrivals/departures and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
  • Advising residents and guests on property rules and regulations.
  • Managing access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Promptly responding to resident requests, calls, questions, or concerns.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Enjoying interactions with residents.

Compensation and Schedule

The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. Interviews are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 7 am to 3 pm.

Positions are available at multiple properties; location, pay, and schedules will be discussed during interviews. If not contacted immediately, your application remains on file for future openings. All employees must be legally authorized to work in the US. Rehire eligibility depends on past employment performance.

The current pay rate is $17 per hour, with historical rates between $16 and $17 per hour.
