Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, managing packages, keys, incident reports, and resident accounts, while supporting daily activities. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required, with strong communication and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some customer service experience required.
• Ability to input and access information in the property management system and/or POS system.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to create a fun and supportive working environment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and sign in/out residents and vendors.
• Answer phone calls and address questions or complaints.
• Assist with housing compliance and local, state and federal guidelines.
• Open and manage keys and conduct audits as needed.
• Deliver packages and assist residents with packages.
• Operate the community market and assist residents with purchases.
• Assist in the setup of resident activities.
• Activate emergency personnel and document incidents.
• Post charges to resident accounts as directed.
• Input work orders into the property management system.
• Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
