Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton DFW Airport North in Irving, TX is hiring a Part-Time GSA to join our front desk team. You will be the welcoming face at check‑in, ensuring guests receive warm, efficient service and information about local dining and activities.

You’ll handle guest requests with professionalism, manage bookings and payments using the property management system, and contribute to a smooth checkout experience. Flexible schedules including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the front desk, delivering warm, welcoming service from check‑in to check‑out.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve requests with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; assist guests with local dining, entertainment and activities information.
• Handle cash accurately and use computers, databases and the property management system to manage bookings and guest data.
