You will greet live customers, answer a multi-line phone system, register warranties, and support sales, service, and parts with accurate administrative work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy front-office setting.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Prior receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet live customers and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns with professionalism.
• Register warranties for newly sold vehicles.
• Enter new vehicle units into inventory and process wholesale unit paperwork.
• Perform general administrative and clerical support for sales, service, and parts teams.
• Maintain an organized front desk and filing system.
• Support multiple departments simultaneously in a fast-paced dealership environment.
