Job summary

Kunes Automotive and RV Group is hiring a Receptionist in Janesville, WI to be the first point of contact for our dealership. You will greet customers, answer phones, register warranties, and support sales, service and parts with clerical work in a busy environment.

No dealership experience is required; we will train the right candidate. This role emphasizes organization, positive attitude, and teamwork in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in reception or front desk is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
• Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
• Register warranties for newly sold vehicles
• Support sales, service and parts with clerical tasks
• Maintain an organized front desk and filing system
• Perform other tasks as needed
