Kunes Automotive and RV Group is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Baraboo dealership. You will greet customers, answer a multi-line phone, and support sales, service, and parts with accurate clerical work in a fast-paced environment.

No dealership experience is required—we will train the right candidate. Strong organizational skills, customer service mindset, and proficiency with Excel are valued as you help maintain a professional front desk and smooth operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer/data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy front-office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
• Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns with professionalism
• Register warranties for newly sold vehicles
• Enter new vehicle units into inventory and process wholesale unit paperwork
• Perform general administrative and clerical support for sales, service, and parts teams
• Maintain an organized front desk and filing system
