Kunes Automotive and RV Group is hiring a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at the dealership. You will greet customers, handle a multi-line phone system, register warranties, and support sales, service, and parts with clerical tasks.

This role is ideal for someone organized, friendly, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. Training will be provided if you do not have dealership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer/data entry abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy front-office setting.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns with professionalism.
• Register warranties for newly sold vehicles and process dealership paperwork.
• Enter new vehicle units into inventory and support sales, service, and parts teams.
