You will greet customers, answer phones, and support sales, service, and parts with accurate clerical work while learning our systems. No dealership experience required—we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.
• Register warranties for newly sold vehicles and support inventory processes.
• Perform general administrative and clerical support for sales, service, and parts teams.
• Maintain an organized front desk and filing system.
