Job summary

You’ll review reservations for special requests, apply rates/discounts correctly, and follow procedures for same-day bookings, cancellations and relocations.

Qualifications

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly checking them in and out.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Post charges accurately and know how/where to post all charges.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card information from guests.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts and how to handle each.
• Know reservations procedures, including same-day reservations; follow cancellation and relocation procedures.

Responsibilities
