Qualifications

• Front desk experience in hospitality required or preferred.
• Proficient with hotel software systems.
• Excellent communication, reading, and writing in English.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at check-in, collect details, issue keys, and assign rooms.
• Answer general inquiries and resolve guest needs to ensure a positive stay.
• Maintain accurate guest records and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Assist with travel discounts and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
